NATALIE SPISAK

Born and raised in the Southern Bay Area of California, I grew up surrounded by beautiful landscapes and amazing birds and other creatures. I got my first camera around the age of six and fell in love capturing every moment. Starting on an Olympus Tough camera, I developed a fondness for trying to capture the best picture. At the age of 15, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit, changing the world forever. While in high school, I signed up for classes at De Anza and obtained an Associates of Arts Degree in photography. I especially enjoyed the challenges I faced when photographing animals such as birds. I transferred to San Jose State and decided to major in Radio, Television, and Film in order to gain the skills of using a video camera. My ultimate goal is to work as a camera operator for broadcasts, filming events live and allowing the world to experience them on their television.
